I demonstrate techniques on one participant, explaining every gesture so everyone can follow and learn.
3. Group practice
Each person tries the techniques on themselves, step by step.
I move around the group, giving individual guidance so everyone feels supported.
4. Mini personalised tips
Everyone receives tailored advice on colours, textures and techniques.
5. Group notes
You all leave with practical notes to help you recreate what you learned at home.
