Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

The following terms and conditions outline the rights and obligations of the company Louise Wittlich and its clients in the context of the sale of online training and courses. Any service provided by Louise Wittlich implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Product Presentation

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Shop” and “Training Catalog” sections of our website. Photographs are not part of the contract. Louise Wittlich cannot be held responsible for any errors. All texts and images on the Louise Wittlich website are reserved worldwide under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Validity of Sales Offers

Access to distance learning is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Article 4: Product Pricing

The “Shop” and “Training Catalog” sections of our website indicate prices in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Louise Wittlich reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect when the order is placed. No discount will be granted for early payment.

Article 5: Ordering

The client validates their order by clicking on the “Confirm Your Order” link at the bottom of the “Order Summary” page after accepting the terms and conditions. Before this validation, the client is systematically offered the chance to verify and correct any errors in their order. Louise Wittlich confirms the order by email, detailing all the order elements and the client’s right of withdrawal. The data recorded by Louise Wittlich serves as proof of the order’s nature, content, and date. This data is archived by Louise Wittlich in accordance with legal conditions and timeframes; the client may access it by contacting Customer Relations.

Article 6: Payment Methods

Payment for orders can be made online by credit card, or in person by check, cash, or credit card.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day period to change your mind (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code) from the date of the contract conclusion. Please send us a message with the following information:

Article 8: Appointment Cancellations

Appointment cancellations for makeup lessons are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation within this time frame entitles the client to reschedule the lesson. In the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows, the right to reschedule will be forfeited, and the full cost of the lesson will be charged.

Article 9: Late Payment (Applicable to Professionals)

In case of total or partial non-payment of the services provided by the agreed deadlines, the buyer must pay Louise Wittlich a late fee equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, and access to the online course platform will be suspended. The applicable legal interest rate is the one in effect on the day the services are delivered. This penalty is calculated on the pre-tax amount still owed and begins on the due date without any prior notice. In accordance with Articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com., any late payment will automatically incur, in addition to late fees, a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs. Additional compensation may be claimed, with proof, if recovery costs exceed the fixed indemnity.
